Live Wedding Painting

Live wedding painting provides a unique artistic experience to capture the emotion and atmosphere of your special day in real time, transforming genuine moments into a lasting work of art and meaningful keepsake. My goal is to capture the feeling of your wedding in a way that photographs alone cannot. Each project is approached with care, professionalism, and attention to detail, catered directly to suit your vision.

  • 10" X 14" Starting at $1900 + HST
  • 12" X 16" Starting at $2050 + HST
  • 16" X 20" Starting at $2150 + HST
  • 18" X 24" Starting at $2250 + HST
  • 22" X 28" Starting at $2350 + HST
  • 24" X 30" Starting at $2450 + HST
  • 24" X 36" Starting at $2550 + HST

Please Note: Prices are subject to change based on individual requirements (time at event, required studio hours, number of persons included in painting, etc)

  • These prices include travel between Quinte West/Kawartha Lakes, London, and down to Niagara Falls. Destinations outside of this area will typically be an extra charge.
  • Prices also include the 40 hours of studio work and live event portion, as well as canvas, paint, and varnish. Pieces requiring extra detail will typically require more time.
  • For extra persons (such as guests or loved ones) included in the painting there is typically an extra $25-$50 charge per person

How it Works

A simple process from booking to pickup

Initial consultation

Once I receive your booking inquiry, I will reach out to you by phone for a quick chat. This is to confirm my availability on your required date and time, as well as to discuss details regarding your artwork, such as medium (graphite or acrylic), size, and general composition. This quick chat will allow me to offer you a quote, and if everything suits you, we can complete your booking!

Contract and payment

After our call, I will send you an event contract as well as an invoice. All payments can be made through e-transfer. Please note, I do require a 20% deposit of the final cost at the time of booking, and then the rest after the event, before the artwork is picked up.

Pre-event confirmation

I will reach out to you again about 2 weeks before the event to confirm date, time, and address, as well as discuss any other final details.

Event day

Day of the event, I will arrive before the event to set up my area and supplies, as well as to capture my reference of your requested composition. Please note, the reference is a requirement in order to create the best possible artwork for you, and will only take about 5-10 minutes of your time.

Completion and pickup

After the booking time, I will pack up and complete all final details in my studio. During this process I will keep you updated, and let you know once the final piece is completed, usually within a week of the event. I will again reach out once completed to confirm a pickup time and date. Pickup is in Toronto, ON.
