Please Note: Prices are subject to change based on individual requirements (time at event, required studio hours, number of persons included in painting, etc)

These prices include travel between Quinte West/Kawartha Lakes, London, and down to Niagara Falls. Destinations outside of this area will typically be an extra charge.
Prices also include the 40 hours of studio work and live event portion (around 3-5 hours), as well as canvas, paint, and varnish. Pieces requiring extra detail will typically require more time.
For extra persons (such as guests or loved ones) included in the painting there is typically an extra $25-$50 charge per person

How it Works

A simple process from booking to pickup

Initial consultation

Once I receive your booking inquiry, I will reach out to you by phone for a quick chat. This is to confirm my availability on your required date and time, as well as to discuss details regarding your artwork, such as medium (graphite or acrylic), size, and general composition. This quick chat will allow me to offer you a quote, and if everything suits you, we can complete your booking!

Contract and payment

After our call, I will send you an event contract as well as an invoice. All payments can be made through e-transfer. Please note, I do require a 20% deposit of the final cost at the time of booking, and then the rest after the event, before the artwork is picked up.

Pre-event confirmation

I will reach out to you again about 2 weeks before the event to confirm date, time, and address, as well as discuss any other final details.

Event day

Day of the event, I will arrive before the event to set up my area and supplies, as well as to capture my reference of your requested composition. Please note, the reference is a requirement in order to create the best possible artwork for you, and will only take about 5-10 minutes of your time.

Completion and pickup

After the booking time, I will pack up and complete all final details in my studio. During this process I will keep you updated, and let you know once the final piece is completed, usually within a week of the event. I will again reach out once completed to confirm a pickup time and date. Pickup is in Toronto, ON.

Everything you need to know about live wedding painting

Yes! While my studio is based in Toronto, I am available to paint at venues across Ontario (including Hamilton, London, Niagara-on-the-Lake/Niagara Falls, Muskoka, Prince Edward County, and to Kingston and Ottawa). Travel outside the Ottawa to Niagara radius are custom-quoted based on distance and accommodation needs. Travel outside of Ontario is also available, please directly contact for national travel inquiries.
My basic setup needs are: A flat 5x5 foot area, access to a reliable power outlet for professional studio lighting. I provide my own protective drop cloths, heavy-duty easel, and use low-odor, premium non-toxic materials, ensuring complete safety for everyone.
As I can only paint one wedding per date, the calendar fills up incredibly fast—particularly for peak Ontario wedding seasons (May through October). To secure your date, it is highly recommended to book 12-18 months in advance.
My prices for live wedding painting starts at $1900 + HST for a 10"x14" canvas. I do require a 20% deposit at time of booking, and then the rest 3-4 weeks prior to the event date. You can see the full list of sizes and prices on the live wedding painting section!
